Our 16" x 42" Open Roll Mixing Machine (Mill) enables us to mix or freshen up to 60 lbs. of compound at once.

We have both hot and cold feed extruders to shape performs of rubber to load our molds with. With our Mill, Extruders, Cooling Tank and Slug Cutter, we can produce performs of consistent weight and size which cuts loss due to over loading of the cavities.
